The stone is also called Lazulite. It is said to symbolize expression, intuition and creativity. This stone is looked upon as being great support against inhibitions and communication issues. The small pieces of pyrite, which are often beautifully visible and look like gold have been said to symbolize wisdom. The stone was praised by many, in Egypt (as fragments fell from the celestial sky), in Hebraic traditions (Moses inscribed on tablets made of Lapis Lazuli) and by Buddhists. It has been suggested by some that the stone reduces allergies, sinusitis and inflammations.
