What are the delivery charges?

The delivery charges are based on three main factors.

  1. First of all, it depends on your location; we ship all over the world.
  2. Secondly, it depends on your urgency; we offer the possibility of receiving the package via normal post or express post.
  3. Thirdly, it depends on the size and weight of your order.

This process may seem difficult, but we simplify it for you. Once you check out, before payment, you will see your shipping options and costs.

When can I expect my parcel?

Most orders (unless otherwise indicated) are processed within 3-4 working days. For orders shipped within India, delivery takes 3-7 working days. If you live in a remote area, please anticipate a few extra days. For international orders, please allow 10-21 days if sent via registered postal service and 7-10 days for EMS Speed Post. During busy times of the year or in rare cases, registered parcels can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. If you have not received your parcel within this time, please contact us so we can track it for you.

Which countries do you ship to?

We can ship to any country that has a postal service. All orders are dispatched directly from our offices in India to your postal address, so shipping is available worldwide.

Will I be liable for customs charges when I order online?

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges must be fulfilled by the recipient; Auroville Online Store has no control over them and cannot predict the costs.

Some countries, like Germany, are now rejecting nutritional supplements. When a package is rejected by customs, it may be destroyed or customs may contact you to ask if you want it destroyed or returned. The return fee is often prohibitive, so products are usually destroyed instead. It is wise to check with your country's customs department to ensure the products you are ordering will be accepted.

Due to such issues, customers assume all financial risk for their orders once they leave India. Customs clearance procedures can also cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
