Kombucha is a fermented health drink made with sugar, black tea and ‘Panacea’ mushroom. The mushroom feeds on sugars and produces proteins, enzymes, glucuron acid, lactic acids, vitamins and anti-biotic substances. The most immediate result of drinking Kombucha is a boost in energy. Kombucha is a gentle detoxifier, safe to drink for all ages; though it is fermented, does not contain alcohol.

Curative and Preventative for Many Disorders Like: asthma, allergies, arthritis, bronchitis, cold, cough, constipation, cholesterol, colitis, diarrhea, eye problems, kidney, gall bladder and liver problems. Nervous stomachs, high blood pressure, hot flashes during menopause, insomnia and aging problems. Drinking kombucha eliminates wrinkles, grey hair and thickens hair. Helps with burning fat, therefore, helps to loose weight.

How much should one drink?

There is no fixed dosage as this is not a medicine, nor a tonic. The benefits increase with the amount of intake. Although there is some sugar residue in kombucha it is beneficial for diabetics to drink, if they monitor their sugar through other foods. 

The drink is ready for consumption when it reaches you. Though the shelf life is 4 weeks, it can never be unhealthy except it becomes too savor as it gets old.  One can still drink by diluting it with water.

Precautions: Do not drink from metal cups, because metal gets dissolved in the drink.  Always use non metallic cups. In case you find mushroom growing, filter the drink with a plastic strainer. Do not eat the mushroom.
