This rhizome has similar properties like ginger or turmeric. It is used with lemon juice and a pinch of salt as an appetizer. It helps all along the digestion to prevent bloating and gas formation, reduce colic pain when mixed with buttermilk. It can be also taken with lemon juice and warm water in case of cold and cough. It also has anti histaminic properties to reduce itching in the skin.
Usage: 1/2 teaspoon of Dehydrated Mango Ginger powder with lemon juice and a pinch of salt as an appetizer. Brewing instructions: Bring 1 cup of water to a near boil. Pour it over 1 teaspoon of Dehydrated Mango Ginger powder. Cover and let infuse for 10 minutes or more depending on your desired taste strength.
