Traditional use of lemongrass is to improve taste, it kindles the digestive fire and it cleanses the oral cavity, it helps to clear the bowel from food waste. Balancing Vata and Kapha it is used to calm the nervous system and to promote a good digestion. It's antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxydant and hypolipidemic.
Brewing Instructions: Bring 1 cup of water to a near boil. Pour it over 1 teaspoon of Dehydrated Lemon grass. Cover and let infuse for 10 minutes or more depending on your desired taste strength. Strain and serve. It can be kept refrigerated up to 4-5 days
