Hibiscus flowers and leaves have great properties to support the blood, the reproductive system and the nervous system. It has a cooling effect that helps to reduce the heat in the body and any inflammations in the urinary tract. It helps to rebalance the hormonal system for the woman who suffers painful menstrual cycle or excess bleeding along with anemia. The flowers help to purify the blood and the heart, assit the liver for a better skin complexion and it promotes hair growth.
BREWING INSTRUCTIONS: Bring 1 cup of water to a near boil. Pour it over 1 teaspoon of Basil Organic Tisane. Cover and let steep for 5 to 10 minutes depending on your desired strength. Strain and serve, or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
Cold Infusion: in one liter of water, put 2 table spoons of Dehydrated Hibiscus flowers with one lemon juice. Let it macerate for one hour and then drink. It can be kept refrigerated up to 2 days. Brewing instructions: Bring 1 cup of water to a near boil. Pour it over 1 teaspoon of Dehydrated Hibiscus flowers. Cover and let infuse for 10 minutes or more depending on your desired taste strength. Strain and serve. It can be kept refrigerated up to 4-5 days

Shelf Life: Best before 6 months. Store in a cool and dry place. How to use: Put a big pinch in 500 ml of hot water and let it steep for 5-10 minutes, until the petals lose their color. Add lemon and jaggery to taste.
