These cashew nuts are a rare delicacy as they are manufactured in the traditional way by hand, avoiding common industrial practices like steaming and bleaching. We use only cashews from Auroville and close Bioregion, where we trust that the cashews are grown organically, without the use of chemicals for pest control or fertilizing. The taste will tell you the difference. Enjoy plain, or together with dried fruits, or roast with a little oil and salt.
