CASARECCE PASTA - SPINACH

Casarecce is originally from Sicily and is also characteristic of other southern Italian regions. The pasta is shaped like a smooth parchment rolled up and folded in at the top. The natural colour of this pasta is the result of a spinach infusion, it makes your meal more cheerful and nutritious.
