This DVD is for the serious seekers of a life oriented spirituality and it should be studied with such a focus. It is recommended to repeat seeing it every few days, fully or in parts, to get a deeper sense.
The Soul and Psychic being: The presentation opens with a concentration and is followed by a general introduction to the Integral Yoga, its underlying vision and the method of practice. It has several multimedia presentations quoting the words of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother, explaining what is Soul and Psychic being; how the later develops, leads and manifests in the individual and what is its action in the world. The presentation has beautiful movie clips with commentaries showing our deeper psychological qualities and has exercises of visualization. There are also questions and answers.
