Green goodness smoothie with spirulina

We are back with our favorite wonder food Spirulina for a delicious and a healthy kick start to your morning!

Even if you are a dad, making breakfast in the morning and getting everyone ready, or a workout girl running around the block before sunrise, or you just fall out of bed too late every day,  we are sure you can stay healthy and get all your nutrition in one go. Here is a quick list of the ingredients for The Green Goodness Smoothie Recipe

  • 1 cup of milk (optional almond milk or coconut milk)
  • 1 cup of fresh or frozen mixed berries
  • 1 fresh or frozen banana
  • 2 teaspoons of Spirulina or maybe a little less as per preference
  • A little honey or maple syrup for sweetening as per taste.

All you need to do is blend these ingredients until it's nice and smooth.
