Moringa Smoothie

I am obsessed with Moringa, it's a great booster and if mixed in your salads, smoothies and lunches it actually tastes fine.

The fur of my beloved dog is shiny and soft thanks to Moringa. For your well being I recommend the following smoothie. It’s a great energy giver for a fresh start into your day!

Add these ingredients to your blender and run it until you have fully-blended, delightful 
smoothie that should serve two.

• 1 Avocado
• 1 Banana
• 1 Cup of Almond Milk
• 1 Apple
• 1 Cup of Chopped Kale (Remove the ribs)
• 1 Cup of Spinach
• 1 Teaspoon of Moringa powder
• A few ice cubes and water
