AS… The usual adult need for organic sulphur is about 1 to 2 heaping teaspoons a day. In times of health restrictions, daily consumption should reach up to 4 or more heaping teaspoons. Cleansing reactions (slight diarrhoea or headache) can be prevented when drinking 3 - 4 litres water daily. MSM (Methyl-Sulfonyl-Methane) is produced in India, from a byproduct of the wood industry – DMSO (Dimethylsulfoxid). During the production process, DMSO will be boiled at a certain temperature to remove all impurities, and purest crystalline MSM (99,5% sulphur and 0,5% moist) is the result, waiting to contribute to our health.
